Text of Complaint by Gaurav Gambhir:

On 13.10.22, i purchased Bullet 350 standard from Manzil Motor, since the date of purchase, i have been experiencing 2 major issue with the bike, which i believe were present at the time of purchase. The problems include- missing while running and faulty handle bar, twice the handle bar is changed once paid (bill paid by myself) and 2nd replacement of paid handle despite of many attempts to resolve these issue with the dealer, they have been not very keen to solve the same. Checked with Local markets mechanics as per them the alignment ( chimta) is blend towards right side. From 13.10.22 to the date i approached more than 6-7 time but the results is ZERO. Somehow with Lot of struggle the Handle Issue is Solved but missing Problem is still persist, multiple part change but problem is still there.

As a customer, i feel cheated and disappointed with the dealer’s lack of concern towards their customers. I believe that they have sold me a faulty Product and have not taken any steps to rectify the situation. Therefore they should reimburse the total amount or handover the new bike.

I am writing to request your assistance in resolving this issue. I would appreciate if the authority could look into this matter and take appropriate action against dealer for selling the faulty bike and Manufacturer for selling faulty product to dealer’
