I purchased the bike Royal Enfield Meteor 350, stellar black in March 2021 from Asco Motors, Patparganj, Delhi. Thereafter, I got the bike serviced from Amar Autos, Jhilmil, Delhi which is an authorised Royal Enfield service centre. Amar Autos intentionally polished the bike which destroyed the Matt colour of my bike.
It didn’t came to my notice at that time, but, when I changed the right panel of the bike, the difference in colour was easily visible.
When I contacted Amar Autos, they are counter alleging that i got my bike polished from somewhere else and misbehaved with me. The bike costed me more than 2.20 lakhs and it all took amar autos one free service to destroy the paint of my bike.
I want my bike replaced or else whole money may be refunded.
