I had booked Royal Enfield Himalayan on 02/01/2021 of which the On-Road price was 253000. After the delivery when I calculated with all the DP, Insurance and TRO it was going 258000 which is 5k more. I asked the dealer for the clarification but simply they are ignoring saying all the finance team is busy. Now its almost 4 months and didn’t get any response from them.
Please help me to take the right action against them. They should punished with penalty and never do this to any other customers.
