Greetings of the day.
I would like to inform you that, I am facing problem related to Bullet which I have bought in south delhi.
My name is Anuj Verma S/o Ramesh Chandra Verma. My address is 267, Gali no. 7 Saraswat Colony, Sehatpur Extn. Faridabad Haryana-121003.
I bought a “Royal Enfield Classes Bullet Gun 350″ metal grey Engine no. U3S5C1JD742925 from South Delhi Motorcycles, A-20, Kailash Colony New delhi-110048 on 13-05-2018 but Its colour is faded. Which bike I got is not a real colour of the “Gun Metal” I have got defective Bike. I alreday inform that many time for the same matter to sarvice center at D-145, Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I, New Delhi-110020,I am following up from last 7 month for my issue But I did’nt getting positive responce. I have complained there about its colour but they did not taken any action against it. I have very fed up.
I request you to kindly resolve this issue will be thankful to you.
