We went to Lonavala on 31st july 2022, while walking on the street 1 guy asked us to open 2 coupons, 1 for my wife and another for me, my wife got nothing and I got some assured gift, which we need to collect from Amron Resort lonawala, which would be all free. We went there and some guys come and told us to come for some presentation and after the same they will give us our 1 of the 4 Assured gifts (1. LED TV 2. Laptop, 3. 10000 cash 4. 3N/4D holiday at 4\5-star hotel). There we met Mr. Aman Kanojiya and Kaleem Shaikh, there they told us that they are doing promotion of their org Royals Club International and it was their Anniversary that day so they are giving some membership/Ownership to 10 selected families and the offer is valid for that day only. So he started explaining us their plan, they engaged us for around 2 hrs explain that they are having their own resorts and also having tie-ups with big brands like Radissons, Hyatt, IBIS Styles, Marriott, 7 Heaven, Hilton etc. Also having tie-ups with Tripadvisor, Make my trip, Club Mahindra, Holiday Inn etc. They explained about their membership plan of 25 years/ 10 years for rupees of 2,50,000 and 1,50,000 as we were not assured and not having that much amount we clearly denied and stood up to walk out from there. But they again told us to wait like they are having another offers they explained (actually Looted, fooled us) still me and my wife was not so assured of the plan and mean while offered us coffee, and they have given us offer of 85,000 for 5 years of membership/ownership which could be converted into the EMI’s. We told them that we are still not confident and need some time to discuss and if get assured we come to buy their plan on some another day. And also told that at this point we are not in the position to buy their plan. On this they told us that the amount is totally refundable if we will not find it suitable we can cancel it at time of confirmation and verification call on the next day. We unwillingly agreed on this and they took my BOB credit card for checking EMI option made the payment of 69,000 which will get converted to EMI of 24 months @ 15%, which will ultimately costs us around 80,000. After that they get signed some papers from us and also assured us that this amount is totally refundable.
We came home and searched about it on internet and read reviews of the company, which was terribly shocking and horrible. We called Mr Kaleem and Mr. Aman and asked for refund and cancellation of our plan and explained them that there was some medical emergency at our place but they straight away denied on it and told that the amount is non-refundable. This came as a shock to us and we were confirmed that we got looted, cheated too by Royals Club International. They are Making false promises and looting people with their hard-earned money. Also we called several hotels which they have shown to us during the presentation and also mentioned in their brochure that they are having tie-ups with, but the hotels denied that they are not having any tie-ups with Royal Club International.
Please help us to get our refund money back.
