I purchased a Gold plan of 36000 from Royal club international from Dharamshala. First they told me that it will be no cost emi plan for 18 months so I provided my debit card details. Later after 2 days I got a mail from my bank that said that I had to pay 4000rs interest as well. I have been following up with RCI team but they are not replying.
Now I am trying to book a Hotel in Goa which is listed on their app but now they are asking for some money to avail that Hotel.
I want to cancel my plan but they are not ready to refund any money. Please help me in getting my hard earned money
