Text of Complaint by Nisha:

On 31/12/2001 we have gone to Matheran there one guy came to us and told us to take the Lucky draw. He told if you win you will get the gift . After scratching the card there was a gift of Stay for 3 days. When we were returning to the hotel he compel us to take the gift and he had taken to the hotel . The fraud representatives Name Nayeem Shah, Tawkir, Neha D’ Silva this are people of ROYAL CLUB INTERNATIONAL was available they were explaining about the holiday package after listening to them we were returning by saying that we don’t have money, but they asked do you have credit card. I told them yes just show us the card and they have swiped 1 lac from it as my card have Wifi facility they immediately swipe the 1 lac. When I asked them why you swiped the amount they told we were just checking that the card is working or not. After that they told me anytime within 10 years you can cancel the membership you will get the refund and you can sell to any one who want it . I am continually calling the putting the mail to cancel the membership but they refuse to do. They told me there is not such procedure in our membership. So I request You help me to get my money back.
