Text of Complaint by Ambrish:

On 30th April, I had paid 180000 for the membership of royal club international. They claimed that they will provide good service in terms of holidays like hotel booking, travel and other factors. After the payment was done i had few questions about the payment and about their membership as well. At first they picked up the call and listened to my queries but after 3-4 calls, they stopped responding to my calls and messages. After multiple try also they are non responsive.
This seems to be like a fraud to me and need the support to get my payment back. It’s hard earned money.

  1. Ambrish, did you follow up after the return request was rejected due serial no.(membership id) mismatch and what happened.
