Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to log a complaint against a sales/marketing person called Madhuri from Mahableshwar of Royal Club International they sit in a hotel called Hotel J’s Excellenccy behind the police station. We were told that if you become a member of our company you will be offered membership and then you can plan your holidays in good 4star, five-star hotels wherever you go. Though we were not ready to take the membership they made a false promise of giving the best customer services etc. and took INR 80,000 from us and now when we are trying to reach out to them to book a holiday plan they aren’t responsive making false promises stating that we are looking for your bookings and all those stuff but when I ask them for booking confirmation they only say you will receive it tomorrow and this is happening from past 4 days now and still no reply from them.
I would term them as Fraudsters, taking people’s hard-earned money by fooling them and then not giving the services as promised.
So, I would like to ask for your help in getting our money back as we are middle-class people doing our regular jobs and we are being cheated by such fraudsters. and if you won’t take any actions this will continue to happen and people like would be fooled again and again.
People say that the complaint in India goes unheard but still I believe in our jurisdiction and therefore i am logging this complaint with the hope of light.
