Hi ,
I am Suchita Aykar I need to register a Complaint again this agency( Royals Club International). Few months Back one of a Guy came to us while we were on a holiday in Goa and asked us to scratch a Card for him, later he said that we have won a price and needs us to come with him at his location where the whole setup is. While on way he told us that its 10th anniversary of Royal club and you guys are lucky to me and all the bluff. Later once we reached there two persons (Jayesh from Mumbai as manager and a subordinate Mithun) just went on briefing us about all the Royal club policies and advantage and took almost 2 Hours to explain and convince us. We agreed to the policy and told them we don’t have money, but they gave alternate option told us that they will make it onetime payment through our account, basically He did a Loan on my name and took amount of 1,62,000 I.e., 10year policy he said. Now I am paying the EMI’s unnecessary.. As we are going through financial crisis, I asked him to cancel it and return me the amount even if not refund at least stop the monthly installments, but there is no response from him, we called him N number of times now. Even I mailed the royal club international on their website>[email protected]. They said we can’t stop the payments and if you don’t want don’t use the policy, but amount is not refundable. As I see now there are various complaints registered against this already. But can you guys help us out to retain our money. Thats the only request we have or at least stop this EMI’s which we are paying with no benefits around.
