Text of Complaint by Yogesh:

There team has contacted me and asked me to choose a coupon for which they told we have won a complimentary holiday for 4d/3N but against that we have to just listen about their holiday packages and they also told that its not necessary that we need to buy the plan.
We listen the plan and step out without opting any plan.
But when claim the prize , their executive Deepak Kumar started behaving rudely and said hotel booking on vouchers are not available between Oct to Mar. see the terms and conditions but when I checked its not mentioned in the voucher.
I have the mail communication as well which their team.
Request you to please do the needful to stop the fraud by these people.
