Dear sir/ madam. This is Ehteshamuddin Z. Shaikh member of Royals Club International with allotted membership No. 17280. U had paid rs 58000-/ toward a first installment to the company. I requested for the good resort booking at Pune so to attend my cousine marriage ceremony from 4
24.12.2021 to 26.12.2021. But rather then booking in best resort as per there made promise during membership marketing they booked royal orchid hotel Pune. However, after driving 8 hrs from mumbai along with my wife and small daughter, we came to know that the payment has not been made by royal club international to orchid hotel. Almost waiting for 30 minutes we left to other hotels in Pune. After leaving from orchid hotel and on mid way a very nonprofessional and rude sounding executive was ordering us to get back to orchid hotel as all the necessary formalities is now been done by them.
I would like to mention here that by giving membership, royal club international executive waste our almost 2 hours with all big promises like you been given studio type room in best resort like radisson. However on the contrary they booked some regular hotel with single executive type room. In my membership certificate and documents it’s is very clearly written to accommodate in studio type room, however in orchid Pune they told to accommodate in regular executive room. Thus all the promises they have made are false and jut looted our hard earn money. My request is to pls help me for getting back my rs 58000-/ pls.Dear sir/ madam. This is Ehteshamuddin Z.
