Hi-
The router was giving an issue with the connectivity, they have asked to upgrade that with the additional cost of Rs 1500, though I was surprised, why to charge for the same instrument provided by ACT team…
Anyway, I have decided to ahead even with the payment. So many calls/emails I have made to the customer care, nodal office and to the highest level… Nothing has made them realized to move their butt…
First time in three years, I have come across the real need of customer service and ACT Broadband failed miserably.. Extremely frustrating, as I am running with the 10th-day w/o any resolution, even after making the payment in advance..
Wonder how they treated other customers, who might have face bigger issue than mine one..
Will look out for change in my broadband, once get better option.
