I ordered some groceries and vegetables on 02 Aug that were received in the evening of 05 Aug. The order number was 16909578520088912A. While I returned a tin of coke at the time of delivery as they had charged 223 against mrp of 40- and within 20 minutes of delivery I opened the vegetable pack and found three of these rotten and decayed. I immediately took photographs of these items and put them away after sealing them in a cover. I got a mail that perishable items can be discarded while other items are to be kept for return. No body came to pick up these rotten veggies. The complaint on their app shows active with date of expected resolution. After 16 August there is no fresh date of resolution showing. Is Mukesh Ambani becoming richer by fleecing customers of small sums. Total refund due in this case is just 120-
