I recently received my order of Pomfret fish, but unfortunately, the fishes are completely rotten, have a very unpleasant odour, and are discolored. This is extremely disappointing. But as soon as I complained to customer care they told me okay we have registered your complaint and looking into it, but I waited whole day but no one came and next morning i discarded the fish with garbage in dustbin and at around 10:30 am they called me and told we can’t help you because you have already discarded the fish. So what I will do now, I have discarded the fish after waiting for so long as well as I complained for unpleasant odour then how long I can keep that in my room. their customer service team is pathetic and they are just rude and they are not helping me in this issue. Kindly look into this issue asap.
I request to help me in this matter because this companies just try to scam customers and without any problem they keep doing their shady practices.
