Text of Complaint by Ritu Pathak:

I have ordered 4 boxes of pedigree pet food on 16th July 2022 and received it on 17th july 2022. I always order this food. However this time I received 1 box totally rotten there’s fungus all over the box.

So I open the boxes one after other and on 31st I opened the last box to feed my pet as all 3 boxes were over by that time. While I was the box I saw fungus on it and after I opened the box It was actually rotten and smelling which was unbearable.
I contacted Flipkart then and there and a executive told me I’m sorry as it has no return policy I can’t help you and after that she said it falls under the quality issue and again said sorry. But I was not happy with that solution so I called again and the other executive escalated my issue and asked to wait for 24 hours so again I called very next day and again the executive asked to wait for 24 hours. And today I was waiting and not received any resolution so called again and tried talk with any senior so executive transferred the call but in first attempt that was disconnected and then after raising the request for almost 10 time I gota chance to talk to senior and that lady listened everything and said please be on hold and she never came back after waiting for almost 30 min she disconnected the call. I again raised the request but no one can transfer the call and I saw the ticket which was raised by executive and asked me to wait for 24 hours is resolved but no one contacted.
I’m really unhappy with this kind of service. Which network you guys are using I don’t know or how can someone disconnect the call.

Please look into this issue and provide me better resolution.
