I ordered food from Zomato on 9th October 2022 from Rathour Kitchen. The payment mode was cash on delivery and paid via gpay on delivery. The food was rotten, stale and very bad quality. It seemed like 7-8 days old food and I have got food poisoning due to it. My health got weak and it’s been two days since I am sick. On requesting refund- they provided a promo code of half amount and told that’s the old thing they can do even if I was hospitalized in such case. Despite multiple requests of initiating request of refund of 322Rs(Order Amount) over the chat support and mail, there was no concern from the Zomato Team. I want to take legal action against the company. order ID – 4381140127
