I HAD BOOKED ROOM THROUGH OYO ROOMS. BOOKING ID IS AYPX4805. I WAS DENIED ROOM BY HOTEL STAFF WHEN I REACHED HOTEL. WHEN I CONTACTED OYO THEY APOLOGIZED AND TOLD WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED HOWEVER EVEN AFTER 7 MONTHS FULL AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED.
