Just give you background, this issue open more than 2 months.
Not getting justification & for current period i am in trouble. I spend more than 8 hours by talking diff person.

I hope you can take action on priority.Also attached evidence from Airtel App.This case become personal & let me know your independent investigation for final conclusion or involved relevant party.If I am gulity, then saying sorry to Airtel I will discontinue with Airtel which I had relation 12+ years.See below 3 points for your review & trail email.> Monthly plan increased 199INR to 250INR then INR225. Airtel accepted mistake & giving me waive of between 250INR & INR225 amount.>Waive off given however data roll over vanished & not accepted by saying I am lying when plan change not raised concern. GB150 approx lost.>Now this case become personal, they vanished current month data rollover 30GB & trying to give me mental toucher. Misbehave & wrong information given me.I am happy to discontinue with Airtel, if Airtel don’t want 12 year + relation.Appreciate if your quick response.Patwardhan9545459600
