How come Airtel force their customers to purchase recharge pack?? It is customers wish to purchase or not, seller cannot force customer to purchase. If they can’t compete with Jio then get the hell out of market but how come they stop incoming or outgoing facility and force customers to purchase pack? What TRAI is doing? Is TRAI agree that sellers can force buyers to purchase? If not then why TRAI is sitting idle? It is crystal clear that Airtel is not able to loot customers because of Jio then why the hell they are in market? Just snatch the license of Airtel for indulging in illegal activity. Forcing customer to purchase is absolute an illegal activity.
