I bought a Royal oak Rocking recliner from Amazon which costs Rs 2000 more on Amazon than if we buy direct from the outlet. Within one month of buying the product the recliner button was not working. I complained to Amazon, they told me to call the company directly and I called Royal oak Bangalore. The royal oak consumer said they only entertain products bought from their outlet. I called Amazon again and they said they cant help. They sell a defective product and cannot even send someone to repair it.
