Really would appreciate your help to look into this and help me to get the refund back!
I believe this is a fraud company/transaction. I realised the amount they charged is different, and the amount charged from my card was also different. kindly find the details below:
1. 13 Feb I made the booking online, and immediately they charged my credit card $2257.83, on a voucher which shows $2128.14, on the latest voucher was $2141.44 i havent email them on this different amount charged, please help me to do so, and i believe this is the strong point for dispute, they are not honest. Why none of the three translations matches
2. There are some changes in my travel plan, i would like to cancel the last night and add both stays with breakfast, they said because there is changes in the room details, so no refund can be processed, i really doubt which hotel will charge the breakfast same as room rate
3. I requested to cancel all the reservations, they told me with 3.2% cancellation fee ($71) which I agreed, and they informed me the breakfast is not refundable, I really don’t understand why the breakfast cant be refunded, this is ridiculous and robbery . now still more than 40 days to check in date, my check in date is 29 Mar, i do not know why the breakfast can’t be cancel and refund back
4. I requested an escalation, after that there was no other reply from them. I even checked multiple other travel agencies online, till now the hotel still offers free cancellation till 27 Mar.
Today, i checked all the google views, i believed they are a fraud company, i am not even sure whether my rooms are actually booked. kindly find the supporting website as below:

this is my mom’s 60th birthday trip, i really can’t take to risk anything, really appreciate your support and help to look into this and help me to get the refund back asap
