i have issue with vodafone company i have get the roaming services when i was in out of india ,once i came back india vodafone staff told me you can contact to us when your phone bill is generate ,
first of all i would like to tell you this is not first time i have used roaming services in a years i use twice time you can have look my payment history
i have total 4 Postpaid connection in my office name you will get all the my roaming useges i am your genuine customer we area using frequently roaming services since 5 years .
every time i called up saying services is slow i cant download you can contact us latteron
why people are using roaming bcz utilize the facility of local calls ,internet facility ,international calls in that case we are out of the country we are in the emergency situation what to do if you not able call the local number like what to do ,and you have been for holiday so this is the incident happen with and vodafone staff saying send me the proofs i have the proofs i have got the screenshots of calls will send you ,
vodafone staff saying you will not get the amount waiver of roaming charges
why i am not getting waiver of roaming charges .
if i am not getting waiver of the charges i am going to disconnect to the connection i will go to the other company .
