- Hi,this is a complaint regarding my Vodafone number 9820079309,the roaming for this number was activated without my consent or request from me and an obscene amount has been charged for the same,I did visit the Vodafone centre and spoke to the customer care wherein they did agree to the mishap as it stated in the bill but said that they couldn’t revert back the amount from the bill and now I’ve been getting calls from Vodafone to pay the amount and also the service has already been disconnected entirely from their end without informing me and I’ve also been send a legal notice by them to pay the amount …I just want to clarify one thing why would I activate roaming when I’m not even travelling anywhere ,anyone can check if I’ve travelled or was in Mumbai itself ,it clearly shows in the bill too,kindly look in to this matter as soon as possible!!thank you
