I ported out to vodafone 1 month ago with 299 postpaid plan. Vodafone promised me in activating international roaming 2 days ago ( within 30 minutes ) when I called up customer care. So far it is not activated. Now they are asking for 10000 deposit, which they never asked me 2 days ago. Each customer care executive is giving me different answers and not solving the problem. I am currently unable to connect to vodafone network. I am being charged my monthly postpaid bill of 299 without using the services. Even after multiple requests to connect to network, they are not activating the service ( I am ready to pay for the service which is 149 per month – screenshot attached from the website). FYI: I have been using vodafone roaming services without deposit any money for the past 4 years on my another number. Please assist me.
