I am roaming in USA. My current credit limit set is 7000. I never used Data but something went wrong one day and my network and sms stopped working.
I called the support and found that my current unbilled is 26000 and the line is disconnected and if i want to get this activated pay 80%. He says till the bill is made he can not help me with what is this charge.
I am sure it is some accidental data upload. Assuming the amo is 25000 for this and the charges are .55 paise per KB the data used is hardly .0455 GB.
The worst thing is that our credit limit is 7000 they have not stopped the services but stopped it when i found the mistake and switched the data off.
Now i am stuck in USA as all my bank OTP comes in this and they don’t bother to help me till the bill is made. How to get this resolved ASAP
