I withdraw money around ₹1900 from Ring application and the due amount inclusive all the taxes an all is ₹2124 and the due date is 15th November,2023 but I have paid the extra payment that is of ₹2623.63 by mistake before due date that is on 12th November,2023 and the payment is successful from my side but in the application it is still showing amount due and so I wait for few hours to update the payment and later on when the amount didn’t showing or I didn’t received any kind of payment received message from ring app side, I called ring customer support and they asked me to wait 24 hours maybe the amount will updated but unfortunately it won’t and then I sent the multiple emails to the ring app and told them that give me assurance that I will be not charged with any kind late fees or my cibil score will not affect but they didn’t do so. And now i have been charged late fees amount and still facing the same issue.
