On January 28th 2021, I received a phone from Right Way Data Solutions for captcha filling work. And that lady told that I don’t have to pay any amount and only they will provide me a salary of Rs. 22,500.00 and if somehow I fail to submit the work on time then the penalty of Rs. 5400.00 will be deducted from the very amount of salary they they have mentioned. They also made me sign one digital agreement where it was clearly mentioned that no amount will be taken from me and whatever penalties will be there they will deduct it from the salary that they were supposed to provide me. After signing the digital contract no further communication was made to me and neither I received any work links from them. Just a mail with ID and password. But without any links or address to login what is the use of ID and password. I called the lady but she did not picked my call. I whatsapp her but she did not reply. Now I am getting legal notice mails and they are threatening me and creating a depression for me which may even led me to my s@uicide and if any such steps is taken from me then Right Way Data Solutions will be responsible for it. Now I received a PDF copy of the signed contract which is edited by them as the one I signed was completely different from the one I received. They have made the fraud in the contract also.
