I have ordered a kurti worth Rs 872 through rifandafab website via instagram. Today morning (06-04-2024) I have received the parcel. We have received totally a different and old ugly used product received. There is no customer care number in their site. Only we can contact through email. And i have emailed them also. In Facebook i have seen many complaints and alert post against the company. Through Google search we have found a number and phoned them, a guy spoke rudely and asked me for video call. Kindly register my complaint and take action against the fraud company.
