I took a ride at about 6:15 PM. My estimated fare was 354 Rs from Indirirapuram to Krishna Nagar. My driver took a long and unknown route. I asked him but he did not listen to me. After my ride, I paid the ride’s payment online immediately. Afterward, the app shows an extra payment of 144 Rs as pending. I want this to be waived off as it was the driver’s fault. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
