Rich Live trade provide the trading software, i paid 5000/- for one month subscription for trading software on 01/April/2022 (Friday evening), they asked me for what segment i want the subscription then i confirmed them i trade in NIFTY and Banknifty Options. then after doing payment and same day i got the software i started researching in software i found that in NIFTY options, there is no 50 range strike prices in software eg:- 18050, 18150, 18250, 18350. in software they providing only strike prices of eg:- 18000, 18100, 18200, 18300 and more. i mean to say for NIFTY strike prices changes with gap of 50 Rs. and when i called them and asked for the NIFTY 50 range strike prices they replied me that it is still not updated from server but it will update in some time. I checked the whole day on 04/04/2022 Monday but 50 range strike price not reflected. after market close i called them again then i got reply for contacting the sales person who sold me the software. Sales girl talked with me very rudely. girl said me in this subscription you will not get the 50 range strike price, but if we are subscribing for Nifty option then all strike price should be there. then again that sales girl was demanding me extra money for 50 range strike price, she told me if you want 50 range strike price you have to pay 1700 additional. it is my humble request for helping me for getting my money back. i will attach some whatsapp screen shot for proof and payment screen shot.

this is fake company , and they doing fraud they took 21200/- from me

Richlivetrade from company to software to staff all etc,are fraud….
Beware please everyone…
If there would be any such software then everyone would be Ambani and Adani…..
If software gives generates good income then why would someone sell such a priceless tool to someone else…..
Don’t give your hard earned money to these fraudsters…..
