Text of Complaint by Dr. Vikas Kumar:

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the Jio Fiber internet service I have been receiving for the past two months. Despite multiple complaints and attempts to resolve the issue, my internet connection remains non-functional.

I have been a loyal Jio Fiber customer for a considerable time, and it is disheartening to experience such a prolonged disruption in service. My internet has been consistently down, and I have been unable to use it for any of my work, educational, or entertainment needs. This has not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my daily routines and professional commitments.

I have lodged several complaints through your customer service helpline and website, but to my disappointment, I have not received any response or resolution to this ongoing issue. I am left with no option but to seek a refund for the two months of service that I have paid for but have not received.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to my internet service problem or a refund for the two months’ worth of charges. It is only fair that I receive compensation for the extended inconvenience and the lack of service I have experienced.
