I got buyback guarantee of Rs. 25k on the behalf behalf of oppo Reno 5 when I bought this phone at 26th Jan 2021. Now this month 6 Jan 2022 I was just checking new phone Vivo v23 Pro and attached buyback guarantee with this phone and added in card. Due to any reason when I remove this from cart, it automatically shifted in my order history with order not placed category. Point is my buyback guarantee also attached in this. This buyback guarantee won’t come back until it has cancelled properly in order history. This scheme is about to expire at 29th Jan 2022. So I couldn’t buy a new phone until I got this scheme back. If it is not resolved before 29th jan, I will lose 25k.
I already talked to flipkart executive, but they know nothing. Simply said, Sorry for Inconvenience, our backend team are working on it. I don’t know, why does escalation team communicate to me directly, they haven’t sent me even a single mail about status of my issue.
Seriously this is worst service I have ever seen.
