I order some items from Zomat on 20th Feb after delivery i find out one item was spilled all over the packet & in that packet there was 2 items so both item got ruin so,i told Zomato support about the issue , first a support person reorder those items for me without asking me then when I asked her that it’s too late then she cancelled it from her side. After that she purposed 242 rs of Zomato credit which I can use when i want …this was happening around 21:30 pm on 20th , & that credit was reflecting in my account at around 10:30 pm …then i thought I will use this credit on next day…but on next day there was no credit amount ..they reverted it …& When I told them about this ….they are not resolving the issue…even they removed the option of calling them …
