I humbly request you to please cross check my account as the high returns that are being mentioned in my Flipkart account on the emails are due to MISSING ITEMS i.e. LESS QUANTITIES IN THE PACKAGES.

The Return Requests that were filed in my Flipkart account were for MISSING ITEMS IN THE PACKAGES (less quantities received) for which the request was raised from my end.

Further to inform you that every time I raised the request, on very next day my requests were getting cancelled. Because of which I had to raise the same requests again and again but the same thing use to happen (getting cancelled). You will be able to view, if you click and open individual item separately. So, I wrote an email to Grievance Officer updating the same and Ms. CHANDANA S called me on his behalf. She resolved my issue and updated that there was some technical error due to which it happened. I even asked her if She want me to share the video if needed for her reference. She mentioned that there is one link already shared by me and it’s not required.

Kindly make a note that I have not returned anything till date for any other reason when my account was blocked.

Sharing the videos in the form of links only because I am not able to directly attach the video cause of MB Size restrictions. I will file it in consumer forum with this valid proof as I am really fade up explaining the real fact.

Sharing the video link of Airway Bill numbers received from Flipkart towards which the request where raised for missing items and not return till date.

Also note that I had sent 04 emails for arranging pickup on 06th March 2020 (attached) within the Return policy but till today no action has been taken. Above all the company has blocked me from mailing and calling Flipkart. Till date my reverse pickup is not arranged which is my right.

how can you send me less quantity and expect a customer to keep quite? Refund what is issued was towards the LESS QUANTITIES RECEIVED for which proofs too are shared in attachment.

I humbly plead to please get my account thoroughly checked and get my Flipkart account UNBLOCKED and arrange the REVERSE PICKUP at the earliest.
