I purchased a saree from meesho. I found the product not up to the mark. I post a return message. The message came for two couriers those are ecom and delivery. Ecomm picked up the parcel and I got the message from ecomm. However the status in meesho site shows the pick up has been cancelled. I tried to contact the consumer care but it seems their email service is disabled and no body responds to the telephone. Kindly resolve the issue.
