On 21st October i have order which is attached below …
First they have accepted the order and after half an hour they cancelled the order and got a call from them and spoke to them and gave left and right to the resutrant guys .
They said sorry for the inconvience and they said they will return the amount in 24-48hrs and I am waiting for amount…all of the sudden yesterday in the app it is showing as delivered with out my knowledge how it can happen…
And from yesterday I am trying to call you guys but not able to because of your wonderful service of no call option but only by using chat option I need to clear the issue that is not happening ..
Kindly arrange the call or send the escalation matrix I will solve through that …
Payment is done through paytm which you can find in the above screenshot.
