I have ordered two Spykar jeans from Paytm Mall website. Order number:12393368071
Because of the size issue( i guess products are not genuine) I placed return request. Its been a month now, no return pickup happened. and no refund of money. Customer care number does not work. There is no proper means to communicate to customer service.
when i sent message to paytm mall in twitter, they are asking for 6 images ( all angles of the product) shared the images, but no response. This is rediculous.
