Hi,

I have purchased Deemark Leg and Foot messager from PAY TM app order no. 6499847850.The product as the name indicated does not message leg.It only messages foot. when i contacted 24X&7 pay tm customer care they are rejecting my return.they say that as per return policy return is acceptable only in case of wrong or damaged product.

i told them that it is indeed a wrong product because it is not able to message leg.it only messages foot.The heading of the product is”Deemark leg and foot messager”.however it is not massaging leg.

paytm customer care are rejecting my return request.

Kindly look into the matter.Its been 15 days the product is with me.PAY TM persons are not taking it back
