I have issue with the product, quality is not good. I wanted to return it now and today is the last day but customer care is saying that she can return or replace that order because the time limit is over. I received order on 23June 2022 at 11:09am and I called at 12pm but she saying that time limit is over. But in policy it’s nowhere written that 7 day will include time too. Today is 7th day I can return but customer care is not helping me in raising complaint as 11:09am is over. But in policy its nowhere mentioned in such way they will consider.
