Text of Complaint by RAFIA RESHI:

My order – bearing the tracking number: FMPR0264185984 has been waiting for a return pickup since 28th February. Let me explain the issue in detail – On 28th February the product was delivered and I did not like the fit of the product, since there was no MRP tag attached I felt a little apprehensive about it and hence placed a return request for it.

The next day the delivery boy came and rejected the pickup saying “There’s no tag hence I cannot accept it, please talk to CSR” Again a fault on Flipcart’s side.

Till now, it’s been seven days, I’m literally tired of calling CSR and dealing with the courier partner. The courier partner has just come once and is giving false information to Flipkart and canceling the pickup unilaterally without even attempting the pickup. Attached below is the evidence for the same.

The other day a CSR namely “Sachin” not only heckled me on the phone but spoke to me aggressively. It is sheer harassment on part of Flipcart.

Now, I’m giving the company an ultimatum, schedule a pickup within the next 24 hours from a different courier partner and issue my refund to the source account otherwise, I’ll have to reach out to consumer court and register my grievance.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest. It’s already been 7 long days. My patience level is going down now. Improve your pathetic return policy and poor- third class service.
