I have ordered Newly Launched Fire-Boltt Vogue Large 2.05″ Display Smart Watch with silver chain with
Rs. 1999/- (prepaid) through AMAZON (Appario Retail Pvt Ltd) vide Order# 171-4429909-1603542 on 12.10.2023 and received on 23.10.2023. But, they sent the different smart watch of same model. I ordered for Silver chain, received silver mesh. I contacted with the customer care with photograph as guided by them for replacement and they told that since the replacement option is not available from their end, so they told me to return the item and refund the amount. according they initiate the return procedure and on 29 oct 2023, their representative pick up the said item with their packet and original tag from my address of the order. accordingly the item was received on 6th november 2023. but i didnot get the refund amount. thereafter, i contacted with the customer care for refund , they told me that they received different item, so they could not issue the refund. As a customer, i am harassing from their activities, kindly do the needful to get the amount of refund at the earliest.
