I have ordered a cloan smart watch through FB and that person didn’t shared his details, after i received the product it was a cheap analog watch for that i paid 900 rs, i called that delivery company and they said it was ordered through meesho, so i contacted meesho but they denied to refund since it was ordered by some other person and he has to raise refund, after fighting for 3 weeks they agreed to refund and got the product from me and still they haven’t refunded when asked they are saying our backend team is busy once they have time they will look into this and provide resolution
