Ordered a product on Amazon.com and returned it next day as the seal was open and and the item was different so I returned it. Now they are telling I’ve returned a wrong product and they can’t refund or do a replacement they only sent the wrong product and now they are telling they can’t take it back. It’s not a small amount also to let it go. It’s Thirty-seven Thousand and it’s a very big amount for me. Please help me resolve this. It’s been 10 days I’ve returned the product. Now I don’t have the product also and they are not returning my money also.
