I returned the Firebollt watch which had an display issu and it was in warranty. They picked up my product and reverted back with a mail that the product is out of stock we can provide another product or can provide a voucher with the same worth, I choose the voucher but it’s been more than 10 days they are just replying my mails and saying it may take more 4-5 days every time I mail them to fast track it.
