There has been no pickup done by the delivery agent from past 3days( 27th,28th,29th Oct 2021) though the pickup was scheduled the delivery agent denied picking up the product for no reason and this is delaying the pickup which will lead to delay in refund, which I need before by 2nd of Nov. I either want the pickup to be done by today itself i.e. 29th Oct or refund to be done immediately after the pickup is done. Amazon is not at all taking any action against the delivery agent and there is no surety of any of the above terms to be fulfilled by them. The product was defective, no solution or action is been taken for pickup by Amazon and I don’t think so that the refund will be processed earlier. I want to take strict action for the same for such a bad service by Amazon.
