This is with reference to my order # 406-0020180-0611506 with order amount of ` 987 dated July 07, 2022.

The order was subsequently raised for return and the item was picked up on July 13, 2022 by Amazon delivery boy.

I had made multiple follow up calls to Amazon customer service center for the refund status. The same can be checked in your records.

However, every time I had called I was informed that the item would be first sent to the goddown and then subsequently the records will be updated.

Almost 10 days passed, still my refund status was showing return initiated. When I called customer service, I was informed that the ticket has been raised to know the exact status of the item.

Every customer service office had given me assuance that the refund will be given and they would personally track my refund and would call me back for the update after hearing my complaint.

You may please check your recorded lines for the calls and also the fact I never got any call back from any of the customer service officer..what a false commitment to the customers!!!!

Finally I was informed 2-3 days back that the noboady picked by item and no refund can be issued…

What is simple way of fooling a customer…either the record keeper at Amazon has done mistake while updating the returns or the person who has picked up item has used for personal consumption and never returned the item at Amazon..

Finally as a cusomer I have suffered a loss and there is nobody at Amazon who is willing to even lookinto the case and give resolution..

I have been dealing with Amazon for more than 3 years now and huge purchases with few of them returned…..But with this incident really frusted and feels cheated..

Please review my case and see if I get justice
