Ordered a Jabra Elite 85t earbud on flipkart on 17th April 2023 and received a dead product out of the box on 18th April for which I requested a replacement on the same day.
After raising a complaint and multiple follow-up I received a replacement on 30th April 2023.
The replacement product that I received was also defective – dead out of the box. The charging case was completely discharged and the lights were not turning on. even after charging it, the box was fully charged but the buds were still not responding. So I raised a refund request on 30th April 2023 after receiving a faulty product again.
Each time I discussed the issue on call with a flipkart executive each of them had a new justification and they are continuously postponing the refund and product pickup.
The promised resolution dates are as follows:
1. 1st expected resolution date 3rd May 2023
2. 2nd expected resolution date 6th May 2023
3. 3rd expected resolution date 11th May 2023
4. 4th expected resolution date 16th May 2023
On 11th May 2023 The flipkart executive on call also asked me to perform a few steps to do the technical checks and agreed that the product is dead out of the box. He said he will process the return request and to talk to a flipkart executive and check the status with flipkart once again in an hour.
When I discussed it after a few hours the executive had a new explanation, that ‘you have marked the product as defective, you shall mention the product dead out of the box’. you cancel the request and try to request for refund again.
As the return period was only 7 days – she was also not sure if i will be able to raise the return request again.
The executives keep on extending the resolution time by 24, 36, 72 hours and do nothing about the complaint.
There are no physical damage on the product or the packaging. The buds are dead out of the box.
in few days it will be almost a month struggling to resolve the issue with flipkart.
