i ordered a T-shirt which mensioned that It is rerunable and exchangeable. But now after it has got delivered, it say that it’s non returnable or exchangeable.
After talking to customer executive, I understood, that that’s how the policies are, sometimes it’s returnable and sometimes it’s not.
Now if I open that same product, it is returnable
