I purchased a pant from V-mart online in July 2023. Too big size came. I initiated return. But no pickup arranged from V-mart. So finally I dropped product at V-mart offline store on 14-15 August 2023. Customer care promised me too wait for 5-7 days for refund in my original source of payment.

But after waiting 1 month, I came to know that V-mart is merging with other company, so they are not able to do this, & said to wait for another 7days.

This call & wait keeps repeating till Feb 2024, the day I’m writing here, nothing is received neither money nor extra large pant.

Kindly help me. I’ve email chat screenshots with their customer care, will upload.
